If you live in King County you can tune into KCTV, Channel 22 on the Comcast Cable service and watch "Cascadia: The Hidden
Fire" this coming Sunday and Monday nights. See link below for details. This is an extremely well done documentary that will air l
ater in the month and in June on regular broadcast channels.
Then watch the NBC mini-series, "10.5" and recognize that this disaster movie is not based on science.

On Sunday there will be a large ad in both Seattle papers encouraging people to watch the documentary on KCTV. We are very appre
ciative of our public and private partners who made this advertisement possible!!

| April 22 is the annual State Employee "drop, cover and hold" earthquake drill - between 0945 and 1000. Although most
of us won't be involved in this short but important drill - this is an excellent time to review with our families, what
to do in case of an earthquake. By the way... does your family have a pre-arranged gathering point, in case of a wide
spread emergency? |
