Medical Services Team meeting and holiday luncheon

Please join us at our annual holiday luncheon and training meeting on Saturday, December 10th, at 10:00. The meeting will be held at Overlake Hospital in Bellevue. Address and directions are at the bottom of this announcement.

The meeting agenda includes an orientation to the new radios that are being installed in many of the hospitals; a short discussion on the exercise we had on Nov. 19th; and some announcements about reorganization of the Section and the teams.

Following the training meeting, we will have an informal luncheon to celebrate a successful year, and thank the team members for their activity and participation. Please come if you can. If you’d like to bring something to share, you are welcome to. The board will be providing sandwiches, salads, and drinks.

The January meeting will be followed by the annual meeting of the corporation and election of officers and directors. If you haven’t yet paid your 2005 dues, and wish to be a voting member, the December meeting will be your last chance to do this. Treasurer Richard Green, KR7L, will be sending out dues reminders very soon.

Overlake Hospital is at: 1035 – 116th Ave. NE, Bellevue.

Southbound Exit I-405 at NE 8th St. eastbound. Merge to the left lane and turn left (north) at the first stoplight onto 116th Ave. NE. Turn left into the hospital campus.

Northbound Exit I-405 at NE 4th St. Turn right on NE 4th St. and turn left on 116th Ave NE. Turn left into the hospital campus.

The meeting is in the Conference Center, on the main floor of the Parking Garage attached to the hospital. Conference Room A.
